I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and exceeded my expectations, with a cozy layout in little alcoves. The service was top-notch, despite an early morning trash pickup being a bit loud. The location was perfect for exploring the Hot Springs Park, and the dining experience with a great continental breakfast was a highlight. The facilities were well-maintained, offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

7.4/10

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a nice size and clean, although a bit on the smaller side for those who prefer more extravagant accommodations. The service was friendly and went above and beyond, but it took multiple trips to the lobby to sort out an issue. The location was convenient, right in the Hot Springs State Park, but there are areas that could be improved. The dining options varied from good selections to below par according to standards, offering little during critical times. The facilities were satisfactory, with room for enhancement.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely spacious with plenty of natural light, offering a very comfortable bed and a big desk. The staff was all very friendly and Annie, in particular, was great fun with culinary advice and tips on local places to visit. The location is quiet, full of eating options and tourist attractions, making it a nice spot for families. The dining experience, although with lots of options, was far below expectations during the crisis, offering only a granola bar, a piece of fruit, juice, and coffee. However, the Mediterranean food was enjoyable despite the limited choices.

Location

The location is a quiet spot with easy access to Yellowstone and the Black Hills, full of eating options and tourist attractions. However, there was a downside as we overheard staff complaining about other employees on our departure day.
Dining

The dining experience was good with lots of options, but during the crisis, it fell short of what was expected, offering only a simple breakfast. The Mediterranean food, however, was a highlight.

The facilities were great overall, providing a comfortable and convenient stay.
